Essential Pre-Trip Devotions / Prayer

• June 18th @ 7:30 PM

  • At Worthington CRC

  • Come at 6:30 PM for Worship Songs / S'mores by the fire pit behind the Cadet Shop (bring a yard chair)!

  • Each student must bring one parent:

    • there are still lots of forms that need parental signatures; If your student is under 18 and you absolutely can't make it Wednesday evening, please stop by the Worthington CRC office to sign the forms BEFORE Wednesday evening.

    • We will be going through all the trip information so we're all on the same page.

  • Group devotions to follow​

Identification Details:

 

•  Students over 18 who do not yet have REAL-ID's or passport must bring all four of these items:

  • Current Driver's License ​

  • Paper temporary REAL-ID

  • Some sort of other form of ID

  • Birth Certificate

Luggage:

 

•  (1) Checked bag

  • 62 inches in size (length + width + height).
    Wheels and handles should be included when measuring.​

  • 50 lbs max

• (1) Carry on​

• (1) Personal item

• REMEMBER: Just because it will fit in the airplane doesn't mean it will fit in the minivans we rented. If you don't absolutely need it (which you probably won't) don't take it.

Saturday, June 21 Schedule:

 

•  Everyone going on the trip must be at Worthington CRC, loaded up and ready to go by 5:30 AM.
   

• We could use some large vehicles and drivers to shuttle kids to Omaha. Please contact Lorraine E (507-360-2868) if you can offer a vehicle

•  Leave Omaha June 21

  • Omaha --> Phoenix Departs 12 PM, Arrives 12:45 PM​

  • Phoenix --> LAX Departs 2:30 PM, Arrives 3:55 PM
     

• Leave LAX June 28​

  • LAX --> Phoenix Departs 12:30 PM, Arrives 1:55 PM​

  • Phoenix --> Omaha Departs 3 PM, Arrives 7:25 PM​​
